• To book a tour with WorldVisita, complete the booking form on out website

• Provide accurate information about each participant, including name, age and any special requirements.

• Full Payment for the tour is required at the time of booking.
• WorldVisita accepts payments online through a secure platform, including credit card, debt card or other secure online payment platforms.
• A confirmation receipt will be sent via email once the payment is processed.

If you need to cancel your booking, WorldVisita has the following refund policy:

• More than 30 days before the tour: 80% refund of the total tour cost.
• 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund

All the students must carry valid identification (e.g. Student I.D, government-issued ID) during the tour.

• Participants must adhere to code of conducts set by WorldVisita. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Participation: Students are expected to participate in all scheduled activities.
• Changes to the itinerary or activities require approval from WorldVisita.

Participants below the age of consent (typically under 18) must provide a signed parental consent form to join the tour. This form must be submitted to WorldVisita at the time of booking.

All participants below the age are allowed to be accompanied by a responsible adult (e.g., parent, legal guardian or authorized chaperone) with full payment.

All participants must provide medical infromation (e.g., allergies, medications) to WorldVisita to ensure safety during the tour.

An emergency contact number must be provided for all participants.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants on WorldVisita tours. Insurance must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage and other unexpected events.

All participants must sign a liability waiver with WorldVisita, acknowledging the risks associated with travel and releasing the company from any claims related to personal injury, loss or damage during the tour. 

WorldVisita takes reasonable measures to ensure safety, but participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

WorldVisita reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transportation delays). Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

Personal information collected by WorldVisita during booking is used solely for tour-related purposes and is kept confidential. WorldVisita complies with relevant data protection laws.

WorldVisita is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond it’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest)
