If you need to cancel your booking, WorldVisita has the following refund policy:
All students must carry valid identification (e.g., Student ID or government-issued ID) during the tour.
Participants under the age of consent (typically under 18) must provide a signed parental consent form when booking the tour.
Participants under the age of consent must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent, legal guardian, or authorized chaperone) with full payment.
All participants must provide medical information (e.g., allergies, medications) to WorldVisita to ensure safety during the tour.
An emergency contact number must be provided for all participants.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Insurance must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unexpected events.
All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks of travel and releasing WorldVisita from claims related to personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
WorldVisita takes reasonable measures to ensure safety, but participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
WorldVisita reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transportation delays). Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

WorldVisita is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest).
