• To book a tour with WorldVisita, complete the booking form on our website.
• Provide accurate information about each participant, including name, age, and any special requirements.

• Full payment for the tour is required at the time of booking.
• WorldVisita accepts secure online payments including credit card, debit card, or other approved platforms.
• A confirmation receipt will be sent via email once the payment is processed.

If you need to cancel your booking, WorldVisita has the following refund policy:

• More than 30 days before the tour: 80% refund of the total tour cost.
• 15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.

• Participants must adhere to the code of conduct set by WorldVisita. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Students are expected to participate in all scheduled activities.
• Changes to the itinerary or activities require approval from WorldVisita.

Participants under the age of consent (typically under 18) must provide a signed parental consent form when booking the tour.

Participants under the age of consent must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent, legal guardian, or authorized chaperone) with full payment.

All participants must provide medical information (e.g., allergies, medications) to WorldVisita to ensure safety during the tour.

An emergency contact number must be provided for all participants.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Insurance must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unexpected events.

All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks of travel and releasing WorldVisita from claims related to personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.

WorldVisita takes reasonable measures to ensure safety, but participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

WorldVisita reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transportation delays). Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

Personal information collected by WorldVisita is used only for tour-related purposes and kept confidential. We comply with all relevant data protection laws.

WorldVisita is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest).
